Your right to cancel

If you agreed your therapy contract with us online, by email or by phone, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you sign the contract.

How to cancel: send an email to rony@londonmindrise.co.uk saying that you wish to cancel. You can copy and paste the text below into your email, but you don’t have to; any clear message is enough.

If you cancel, we will refund any payment for sessions that have not taken place within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method. If you asked for sessions to start within the 14 days, you will pay for the sessions you have already had.

This is separate from ending therapy: you can end therapy at any time, as described in your contract.
