About Us.
London Mind Rise is a psychological consultancy dedicated to strengthening the inner resources people and organisations need to navigate modern challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence.
Founded in London and shaped by nearly two decades of international clinical and organisational experience, our work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins from within - and becomes transformative when supported by psychological insight, strategic interventions, and evidence-based methods.
We are dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations to understand their internal patterns more deeply, connect more thoughtfully, and build the individual and collective psychological strength needed to meet the pressures of an increasingly complex world.
Rony Abou Daher is a mental health strategist, psychotherapist, organisational consultant, author, and international speaker, with extensive experience spanning clinical practice, frontline mental health work, and mental health strategy and programme development.
Over nearly two decades, he has worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Gulf, supporting individuals, organisations, and institutions in contexts of complexity, pressure, and change. His work has ranged from direct clinical and frontline interventions to the design and implementation of programme-level, national, and global mental health strategies.
Through London Mind Rise, Rony brings this integrated experience to organisational and preventive psychology, helping leaders, teams, and organisations strengthen psychological resilience and optimise performance through evidence-based and scientifically grounded methods.

Our Approach.
Drawing on a multidisciplinary background in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, organisational consultancy, leadership development, coaching, and research, we focus on strengthening psychological capacity and resilience - enabling people and organisations to navigate challenges effectively, prevent psychological strain, and sustain steady performance across personal and professional contexts.
-
Our approach integrates clinical accuracy and methodologies with corporate strategic planning, enabling us to reflect on the past, operate in the present, and create long-term impact on the future of individuals and organisations. We help clients uncover the patterns that keep them stuck, strengthen their psychological immunity to reduce the emotional impact of adversity, and develop the steadiness needed to move through life’s transitions with confidence and intention. Whether we are supporting an individual seeking clarity, a couple rebuilding connection, or a team working toward healthier dynamics, our method centres on insight that empowers and change that endures.
We partner with organisations, entrepreneurs, founders, leaders, teams, and individuals seeking meaningful, sustainable growth. Whether the goal is to strengthen team cohesion, support staff wellbeing, improve productivity, increase leadership efficacy, or navigate personal and relational challenges, our method is grounded in clinical insight and shaped for long-term impact.
-
At London Mind Rise, we have faith that when individuals rise from within, their relationships, teams, and communities rise with them. Guided by evidence-based science, we walk alongside clients as they build the psychological strengths that allow them not only to withstand modern pressures, but to genuinely thrive beyond them.
